The 28th Annual International Exhibition of Building and Interior Materials will be held on April 26-27-28, 2024 in Exhibition Center ExpoGeorgia.

Caucasus Build for the past 28 years has become one of the most important events in the construction sector not only in Georgia but also in the region. 

The aim of this exhibition is to create a unique communication platform where participating local and foreign companies will have the opportunity to meet potential partners, developers, architects, engineers, construction companies, government officials, construction professionals, and people interested in the construction industry in general. In addition, participants will get acquainted with market news and future trends in the field of construction, attend interesting thematic events and discussion panels, and participate in business meetings.

This year Caucasus Build  will be held within Real Estate Week. The Event will bring together in one place sectors main players: Investors, Developers, Brokers, Consulting Companies. Opening ceremony of the Week will attend representatives of the public sector and diplomatic corps.

The Real Estate Week will be organized by ExpoGeorgia and will be accompanied by following events - Real Estate and Building Expo, Real Estate Forum, Thematic conferences and Educational Master clases. The Week will be closed with real estate investment Tours.
